Professionally, I design multitenant systems and semantic layers. Personally, I rebuild compilers, databases, and exchanges from scratch — because the only way I know to truly understand a system is to build it myself.

// 01 — How I think
Most software looks finished from the outside. I've never trusted that. If I want to understand something — a database, a compiler, an order book — I build a small version of it myself. It is slow. It is also the only way I've found to actually know what is going on.
The habit shows up in my professional work too. Multitenant architecture and semantic layers are, at their core, questions about boundaries — what a system promises to whom, and where one tenant's world ends and another's begins. Taking things apart taught me to look for the seams first.
This site is a notebook, not a résumé. A running log of what I'm building, breaking, and learning — entries in order, no highlight reel.

I kept this section short on purpose. A website can only carry so much of a person. There is more to my days than what compiles — if we ever talk, ask me about the rest.
